W5R3 done!

God that 20 minute run was a scary thought!! The last ten minutes were much tougher but I carried on and completed it.

Did anyone else find their speed per km was slightly slower for this run? Mine was slightly slower than the other week 5 runs but not sure if that’s just because I ran slower to pace myself?

Well done on completing the milestone run and inadvertently pacing yourself for a longer run.

Well done 20 minutes non stop, and don't bother about your slower pace that will get you to the end of the longer runs 😊

Congratulations! I start week 5 on Friday and find it reassuring hearing how people got on on the 20 min run. Well done you!
