Oh my bloody god!!! I ran for 20 minutes, 20 whole minutes!! I can’t believe it!! I followed everyones advice and paced myself and ran slow!! Can’t believe it! Having a celebratory vimto in my garden with my dog😂 roll on week 6!
C25K W5R3 - DONE IT! : Oh my bloody god!!! I ran... - Couch to 5K
C25K W5R3 - DONE IT!
Congratulations it is a real threshold, but stay nice and slow for the next run.......it catches many out.
You earned that Vimto! Good for you - well done!
Congratulations on completing week 5 run 3That's a milestone run 😁👍
Be mindful of week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they trip people up (not literally) 🤣
Well done to you!!! That one really feels like a victory and well worth celebrating 👏👏👏👏👏
Well done. Enjoy the feeling of achievement in completing your twenty minute run.
Watch out for W6 runs 1 & 2; many of us found them harder than W5R3. The W6R3 tackled with the same mindset as W5R3, despite the 5 minute jump in running time isn’t that much harder.
Good luck next week.
You ran for 20 minutes, well done, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, celebrate that wonderful achievement with more Vimto, onwards and upwards to week 6 runs 1 and 2 but be careful regarding those two runs as they have interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾.
well done Beth great effort
Ooh living the high life! Seriously though, well done. W5r3 is a real milestone, and YOU DID IT! 🎉🎉
Nothing tastes as good as a cheeky vimto after your first 20 minute run 😋 well done !! 👏👏👏
Well done! That's a big mental barrier overcome. NOTHING else in the program should faze you now
Crack on!
Fantastic well done. I’m raising a Vimto to you right now. Get in.
You did it, congratulation! Is Vimto your secret weapon? 😁 I will hopefully follow you on Wed. Good luck with week 6
Hi there BethEdwards23 from one fellow Beth to another 👋😜Huge congratulations on this run. I haven't run for a couple of years, but have done quite extensive walking since the start of this year with a few minutes here and there of running. Health reasons have prevented me from running and recent onset of other conditions, but I am hoping to start C25K very soon.
You have done very well, the middle of C25K suddenly hits you, as others have already mentioned, haha, but you will do it. Youv have proven you are strong enough to get this far.
Don't worry about pace, time etc, go with the flow. This is a wonderful forum, I truly have missed it and when I was doing C25K I had so, so much support here and made lovely friends. I'll be glad to be back with running, but just think how far you've come lovely, keep going, you will do wonderfully.
Keep us updated, have a fab day 👍😁💛
