As expected, wk1 was tough. I’ve not cycled since the BHF L2B bike ride & running - not since my school years & I know my cardio is awful.

Of course, cardio & it’s improvement isn’t a “one size - fits all” but when did you see an improvement in your cardio?

You will see an improvement in your recovery times within a couple of weeks.

2nd or 3rd week but I wasn’t sort unfit when I started so that may influence? Happy running 🏃‍♀️
