So completed W2R1 today, as someone who's already quite fit I found week one very easy and today was no different. Around half way through the run today I decided to run a bit faster during the 90seconds and I felt that was pushing me more rather than just doing the gentle jog that I have been doing. Looking forward till my next run Thursday!
