When I first started this programme I never believed that I would be able to finish it.

I work long hours and and commute four hours a day so fitting in the 30 minutes initially was tough, but eventually it became the part of my week I really looked forward to ! And noW here I am 5k ! very proud of myself.

A big thanks to everyone using this forum. On the days where I couldn’t move from the sofa because of bad weather or just pure laziness seeing your posts encouraged me to go out! Knowing that I was not alone with the struggles I was facing and reading about your successes has motivated me to go out there and do it myself!

It feels so good to have accomplished something thats just for me.

I get to treat myself to some new trainers now right 😎
