Embarrassing post alert!!

This afternoon I very cleverly decided to pour boiling hot tea down my front, whilst wearing a summer t-shirt.

Fast forward a couple of hours and went out for a run along the canal!! That was my first mistake wearing a sports bra whilst having that sort of injury!! Second was trying to take my phone out of my belt whilst still running to take a picture of a hare that kept stopping and staring at me. My foot managed to find a rabbit hole....this was about 0.5k into the run. Needless to say I only managed 2.26k and went home with sore ankle and blistered boobs!! And I didn’t get a photo of the hare. Happy running all and remember if you’re running off road always atop when you want to take a photo!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Oh dear. Some days the Fates are just against you! ☹️ All sounds extremely uncomfortable and deflating. Do look after yourself so both ankle and blisters get better quickly with no lasting effects.

Sorry for your mishaps today, I hope you will recover quickly and soon be able to run like that hare you saw today. 😊 🏃

Oh my! Good to see that the sense of humour isn’t bruised though! With all that going on, I’d say that’s some great running! Hope you’re feeling better by morning.

The importance of carrying a phone too..... not just to take photos but that could have ended up worse than just a slight twist. Glad you’re ok and you can laugh about it. Hope the blisters and the ankle heal quickly and you are back to running really soon.

Ouch! Definitely one of those "you couldn't make it up" bad days. Hope you're on the mend and back up and running soon.

Get some lavender on the boobs! Honestly I’m not woo at all but that stuff saw me through 5 years of McDonald’s frier burns. It’s amazing. Hope your ankles better soon and the blisters get lost!
