Week three complete ☺️

9 runs under my belt and onto week 4! I ran a different route yesterday and it definitely helped not knowing how long three minutes is, if that makes sense - I think if you run the same route you know how far 3 mins is and it’s a little harder mentally. Going to try and mix it up this week with a different route each time! Anyone else starting week 4 this week?

Yes!! I’m starting W4 this week. Going well so far but I’m getting some sciatica pain so hoping it holds out as the runs get longer. How are you finding it so far?

Well done! Finding it good actually, really enjoying it - bit of ankle pain in my leading foot so just making sure to stretch lots!
