Week three completed!

Happy Friday everyone!

Today I completed the third run of week three; so pleased! I’m noticing a pattern that the first run of each week seems to go the best surprisingly, then the second one I really struggle more, then the third is sort of in between. Not sure if it’s in my head or not! Excited to move on to week four; probably on Sunday or Monday morning at the latest!

Have a great weekend!

Amazing work Katie!!!! ❤️ I also completed week 3 this morning (yay!!!). I found today really tough...although I was tired, and went around the park which is on a slight incline. I’m really scared about week 4...genuinely do not think I can do 5 minute runs!! 😬😬 Shall keep following your progress as you’re keeping me going too!! Thank you!

Yay well done!! Same here - on my week three run the other day I thought there’s no way I’ll be able to do the 5 minutes! 😬 Just went out for week four run one though and DID IT! Slowly but surely! Good luck with yours! Thank you, you too! We can motivate each other, wooo 💪🏼

Well done Katie, your doing great 👏🏻👏🏻try to relax and not overthink the runs ok. C25k is as much a mental battle as it is a physical one......Good Luck for Week 4 👍🏃‍♀️

Thank you so much! Definitely realised a lot of it is my head telling me I can’t! Did my first run of week four this morning - so pleased! 💪🏼

Remember to keep the runs slow. Week 4 has you running for a fair bit longer. It's doable but you mustn't use up all your energy on the initial blocks of running.

My least favourite run (apart from the nausea I had in W1R3) was W4R3. Horrible humid drizzle running weather (back in late July 2020) didn't help.

Thank you very much for the tips! I just did the first run of week four; took it slowly and managed it! So pleased! 👏🏻 Ooh yes the weather definitely has an effect on how mine go; today was beautiful weather luckily!
