What do you mean? What beautiful scenery. Share more of how you feel. There will loads of people here who have felt the same and can help you.

That’s just what I thought but I graduated in March. You must do it at your own pace and if you have to repeat a week then repeat it. Just keep it slow and steady and one run at a time. You can do this, and keep talking to this group it really does help. 👍

Well done you, and with that location, just relax and take it as gently as you can
Slow and steady and knowing that every single run is making you stronger. If you are struggling, slow down even more, and take in those views

If you run at an easy conversational pace, as described in the guide to the plan, then it should not be a struggle........if you can avoid those hills in your photo.

I was thinking the same as others: that scenery is incredible and being out in it will be so good for the soul. Just avoid those hills for now! I hope you feel better soon: I am not built for running but it has brought me such joy as well as hard work!
