An amazing week!

So getting ready for foot surgery on Thursday so making the most of my last few runs before I'm out of action for 6 weeks😭😭 Never thought I would be upset at not being able to go out for a run, but I now have the confidence that I will be able to get back into it once I'm allowed.

Doing C25K alongside a healthy eating plan has changed my life and fitness completely. I'm now 3 stone lighter, jogging round the local streets 3.times a week and not giving two hoots what the bratty kids shout out me. Oh and this week I was fit enough to climb Snowdon and do Europes longest and fastest zip wire which was amazing.

Surgery looming but what an amazing week 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Sounds like you've come a long way! It's great to know you can go back and repeat parts of the program to get back on track.

I have arthritis in my feet, so your post caught my eye. I hope your surgery goes well and you are soon back out there.
