Motivation on Marathon Day Week 8

Feeling lethargic after an evening of over indulgence and a late night and wondering how to get inspired to embark on my run or take a a extra day's break. Decided to stop the mind games and simply (and groggily) to concentrate on my routine ritual anyway - checking the temperature, selecting appropriate gear, getting it on then sorting my fitness watch and phone app and hey presto I'm outside the front door in auto pilot and in the right mind set for the warm up walk which then puts me in the right mind set for the run. Back home now watching Sir Mo off the starting line of the London Marathon. Good luck to all the runners and let's hope the Charities pass the £1 billion pound mark this year.

I’m going out later. I love watching the London Marathon. Hehe I often have to rely on auto pilot getting me out the door 😀.
