I’ve just got back from my run and have switched it on, the elite women’s race is looking like it’s going to be a good one! Don’t think I’m going to get much done today!

All the best to all the runners in the LM and especially your physio, if you know his running number, there is an app you can follow his progress.

10km times are now in, Wow just,Wow.

42:21 mins for my physio

48:39 mins for Sofie.

Excellent, Sophies time for the 5k I think was around 26 minutes, not 36. Adam and Sophie are running I would think a PB for a marathon if they can keep their pace going at that rate.

I think so, amazing. I am going to have to drag myself away for a bit and go out for my run but I will be back in time to watch them both finish. I will post back here when I get back. πŸ˜€.

I watch this every year. Since I started running nearly two years ago my admiration for anybody that runs the marathon has gone up a notch because I now have an appreciation of what is involved to get there.

I find it so inspirational, every single runner deserves that medal at the end, they do earn it and the longer it takes them I think the more amazing they are!

I ran a 5k PB this morning so that I could get back and watch the marathon. One of the elite women, I think it may have been Purdue, they said was averaging 5:08 minutes per mile...... I did my 5k at an average 12:02 this morning πŸ˜‚

Realfoodieclub profile image

I went out to do a 5km run in the middle and in that time my physio did 15 km πŸ˜€πŸ˜‚.
