Well we have continued and today we achieved another sub 30m 5k on a chillier grey day with a breeze so ran a section in a loop so into wind and having wind behind to even the breeze up. Pleased to say another 5k and Laura has been used 12 times now. Good luck all running this weekend you can do this.
