I started this program in January and am only officially at w7r1 as of yesterday. I’m taking a week between some runs, sometimes longer, as I’m mixing my exercise up with a bit of cycling and some weights.
Anyway I did the run yesterday and completed the 35 mins with the 25 mins run and according to my Fitbit did 5.2km.
Well pleased and was wondering if there are any others out there mixing it up as well.

Many folk do the three runs a week run pattern but use some rest days for supplementary stamina and strength exercise. Keeping the running pattern going, is for many important as we use different muscles to those in cycling etc.
Well done and slow and steady as you head to the 30 minute runs
