Well that's the end of week 8 completely whoopie Doo. In fact what I've started doing is running another five minutes after Laura's cool down 5 minutes and then cool down after that to prepare me for week 9 the end of this week. I suppose I've extended my runs a few minutes each time and in reality I am now doing 40 minutes instead of 28.
I still notice I get heart bumps and flutters. I have my echocardiogram stress test on the 8th of May and I'd rather be doing it now than 9 weeks ago lol but hey let's hope it's not too serious
In any event I've really enjoyed Couch to 5K and fully intend to keep it going if I possibly can. I suppose it depends on what the Dr. says.
Incidentally does anybody else have heart bumps and palpitations whilst running jogging slow jogging fast walking call it what you will.

C25K is a carefully progressive training plan, designed not to overstress the bodies of new runners. Sticking to it might help avoid your heart issues.
Thanks for the reply I can sorted my doctor a few weeks ago because when I first started C2K 5 I was getting some chest centre pain and discomfort but he did an ECG in the surgery and he seemed pretty ok with it he suggested an echocardiogram stress test just to see what the level of vascular disease would be but he was quite happy with my exercise which was brilliant but the fluttering and bumping is still a little bit concerning
