I've just done week 5 run 2 and am worried about run 3. I don't really understand the reasoning behind doing 20 minutes all in one go and then going back to walking and running next week. Anyway, I thought I'd have a listen to what Sarah Millican will be whispering in my ear and I've discovered that even though the screen and timer say walk 5, run 20 walk 5, the words she is saying are from week 3.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it please?
I have had a look/listen to using a podcast instead but there is music playing and I don't want to run to music.
Many thanks in advance,
Vicky

Week 5 run 3 is for 20mins. This is the correct run. You have done the build up ready for your first continuous run. The next week runs are about getting you ready for your next continuous run on wk6 Run 3. Trust the program, you will be fine. Rfc x
It’s strange that the wrong run plays like that. Try changing voices and then changing back again.
My other workaround would be to use a different app to time the run, as it’s a straight 20 minutes... you could even time it on a watch.
The runs are correct... you see this a lot if you follow running plans after this one... and run 3 is the shortest workout of the week... you can do it.
Thank you so much for the links. I went out on Saturday morning really looking forward to the sense of achievement that would be coming my way rather than full of worry that I'd fail. And I think I even enjoyed the run
