Hello.

I've just done run 1 week 5. The next run 2 is saying walk 5 and run 8 and repeat, and then run 3 weeks 5 is saying run for 20 mins ???? Surely this is wrong?

Also could you tell me what your supposed to run on week 4 because I think my app is all mixed up

Yep that is right you be running for 20min at the end of the week, this is when it starts to get serious. Good luck

🤞🤞 hope so ! Every week I have found hard but I have managed it JUST .. and I always set off thinking I can't do this

Take a look at the week by week on the link......The runs for Week 5... they are right.. it can be tricky and has upset a few folk on the forum :) but you are ready for it.. don't let it phase you :)

Week 4 should have been...

Begin with a brisk five-minute walk, then three minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking, five minutes of running, two-and-a-half minutes of walking, three minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking and five minutes of running.

Hope you get it sorted out... just keep it slow and steady and you will be fine :)

That's correct ..

I can't believe what a jump this week has gone too .. week 6 looks easier than run 3 this week !

But to be fair I didn't think I would do any week and once I did it I was shocked and moved on ..

Physically you will be ready. It's what is in your head that needs training now.

Ha ha I honestly thought my app had gone crazy 😜

Well my week 5 run 3 is on Friday, so I guess I'd better get the beers ready for after to celebrate 🎉 that's IF I manage it

Of course you will manage it. You will be building up to it in runs 1 and 2 and with a positive mindset and a nice steady start you WILL surprise yourself😊

W5 is what W1-4 have been preparing you for. You're ready, so just go for it... slowly and steadily, obviously!
