I've just done run 1 week 5. The next run 2 is saying walk 5 and run 8 and repeat, and then run 3 weeks 5 is saying run for 20 mins ???? Surely this is wrong?
Also could you tell me what your supposed to run on week 4 because I think my app is all mixed up

Take a look at the week by week on the link......The runs for Week 5... they are right.. it can be tricky and has upset a few folk on the forum but you are ready for it.. don't let it phase you
Week 4 should have been...
Begin with a brisk five-minute walk, then three minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking, five minutes of running, two-and-a-half minutes of walking, three minutes of running, 90 seconds of walking and five minutes of running.
Hope you get it sorted out... just keep it slow and steady and you will be fine
Of course you will manage it. You will be building up to it in runs 1 and 2 and with a positive mindset and a nice steady start you WILL surprise yourself😊
