Into week three!

Wow week three is a bit of a step up! Got quite scared when I heard the word 3 mins for the first time but I did it!

You ran for those 3 minutes, well done KernowRunner, I assume that you don't look ahead at how long the next run is because you say that you were quite scared when you HEARD that it was going to be 3 minutes. I'll not tell you what future weeks are, it sometimes is advisable NOT to look ahead and just wait until the instructions from your coach are once you start whatever week you are running, I wish you luck for your running journey here on C25K.

Yes I haven’t looked at all! It was when her voice came over the audio I was like eek!

AlMorr is spot on! I didn’t look ahead and was grateful not to know! Trust the program, go nice and slow & you’ll be fine! Are you learning in a hilly area, or have you managed to find some flat in hilly Cornwall?!

in reply to DiscoRunner

Ha yes it’s all hills in Cornwall! I prefer being on a little incline when running as I find running downhill really hurts my knees!

I’m just about to start week 3, I’m quite excited about it. I think I was more nervous about week 2. Maybe the app it building my confidence. Well done you!

It really was so much better than I thought, you’ll do great!
