Week three. Run three.

It's horrendous out there. Wind and torrential rain. Its certainly not motivational stuff - perhaps for Moses, but definitely nobody else. I need some really good running flippers to see me through this spate of atrocious weather.

The first song up on my tracklist today was Weezer and Buddy Holly. I'm not sure I could have got this far in the plan without music accompanying me. It helps to concentrate.

The first three minutes of this run appeared to be a little laboured, but the second three minute section went with ease. Maybe my second wind came into play?

I've now got the weekend to dry off, and hopefully I'll feel renergised for Monday... For more rain. Lol.

Ew, we need some dry weather. How amazing are we running through the 2020 winter floods? 💦
