Sprained my ankle (not while running) and had to give it a full 2 weeks to heal. I was pretty gutted that it took so long to recover as i’d just completed the first two weeks and was starting to get into it. Pleased to say I completed week 3 run 1 yesterday and I’m back in the game!
Had gait analysis done today and invested in a pair of Brooks Ghost 11 so itching to try them out on run 2 tomorrow!
