Starting Weight : 102.5 kgs / 16.14 Stone - As per NHS BMI - OBESE

Weight today : 94.3 Kgs / 14.84 Stone - As per NHS BMI still OBESE

Total Lost : 8.2 Kgs / 1.30 Stone

Completed Week 7 today another 2 weeks to graduate and keep going further. Health-wise this has been the best thing I have done for myself - Combined with a healthier diet and portion control I am felling positive I will get to my ultimate goal of 75 Kgs and a healthy BMI.

I know those next 20 kgs will be very tough to loose but I am going to make it! :)

Those are some impressive stats... those 20kg will go in time... don’t worry if your loss rate drops a little, that just means it will be easier to keep it off.

Great job on the running... you’re so much fitter now than you were. When I started this plan I was just at the top end of healthy BMI... but completely out of shape... now I’m a little heavier, but I can go and run 5 miles! I’d rather be this me, BMI is just one stat. This you now is healthier than that me then for sure.

Enjoy week 8, 6 runs to the podium.
