I did it, a whole 28 minutes of running and not all on the flat. I felt ok after as well! With the 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down I did 4.5k, I suspect I’ll be looking at about 45 mins when I eventually run 5k, not fast but maybe I can improve with time.
