Yeah... those mitochondria are the key to being able to use the endurance... the other ways of increasing them that I know of are to live up a mountain, or the special houses of Nike’s Project Oregon, which was controversial , and almost classed as doping.

I’m assuming that my levels of them are raising as my slow has become faster over the last few months, I’m now working on finding a new slow gear at the pace it used to be... with some success.
