It's a rest day though, because yesterday I did a bit of mountain fell running in the new shoes I got last week to celebrate. I've (almost) worn out the shoes I got for wk4 last year.

Yes, it's only 4Km, but check out the meters of ascent, and how fast I got 'em! The little pauses are mostly stiles. That run down was wonderful.
