Keep meaning to do this but always an excuse not to. Have started in the past but not kept it up. Well week 1 day 1 is tomorrow morning (Tuesday) alarm set and up early to run before work.

Welcome back. It doesn’t matter that you haven’t kept going before... now you are at that start line ready to go again. Post here often and keep dragging yourself to the runs... you can do this... it’s time to do this. Enjoy your journey
