Wow, week 1, run 1 completed on my journey from couch to 5k - which is a pretty much good description of where Ive started and where Im going.
The run itself went well, I only cut short the minute runs twice when going up hill and my “brisk walk” started slowing down to a slow walk, but I guess this is something I can work on. I also kinda cheated as the last run I walked up a hill, turned around and ran back down it, lol.
But hey, run 1, week 1, competed and lets hope the motivation levels stay up.

Hello there. Yep, keep up the motivation and you'll be fine. Go slowly though, really steady. Speed has no relevance so don't go hurrying over it. Slowly, slowy, is just fine. It allows you to breathe easier, not get puffed out and fed up
