I have just checked back in my diary and I started my running 25 days ago...so just over three weeks in actuality. But, as I started in the middle of a week on week one, looking at the calendar, I should be starting week 5 today!
Had a horrendously busy week at work one week followed by a streaming cold. Feel thwarted! Not only that, my run this morning was SO hard.
I still have a cough and tight chest, so not going to be too hard on myself, but blimey, three minutes running was ridiculously hard! Also, hadn't eaten anything and I felt so nauseous when I got home! Lesson learnt!

I’m repeating week 1 for the third time - I’m so overweight that I can’t even jog yet, so I’m building up very gradually. So you’re miles ahead of me ! Well done !⭐️
My goals are to get and stay fit and to inspire my two kids; if I ever get to 5k that’ll be a bonus but it’s not my main aim. So I can take as long as I need to get there ! Happy running 😀
