Easter Monday Run

What a lovely morning - Sun shining , no need for a jacket and best of all no treadmill. Great to be running outside again . A great start to the day !!

Glad that you enjoyed your early morning sunshine run outside and not on the dreadmill lexiemcd, I am about to go for a run with my new running belt, only wearing a T-shirt and shorts, not sure which run to do as I am rerunning some of the weeks of C25K for 'revision' so to speak, I might take it easy and run, week 3, on the other hand, I might even do run 3 of week 5, ha, probably not as I haven't run any great distance for a while.

Have a good run AlMorr. Running on the treadmill during the winter months I'm now back to outside running and repeating runs on C25k to build back up to 5k . Now on W6.......getting there........enjoy your run whichever one you decide to do.....it's the getting out that counts !!
