Easter Sunday success

Completed wk1 today - gotta say my 17 yr old daughter came with me again today at 8am on Easter Sunday! Choc was waiting at home for her and her brother was still in his bed but she still came and supported my run (shuffle). It felt great. Hopefully week two will be good!

Congratulations to you MrsD47 on completing week 1 of C25K today, nice that your 17 year old daughter ran with you while her brother, your son lay in bed, typical guy.

You and your daughter deserved a bit of chocolate when you arrived back home.

Onwards and upwards to week 2. 🏃😊

Great running... and I bet your daughter’s chocolate tasted so much better than your son’s did... can’t beat a little post exercise indulgence! It’s wonderful that you have such a supportive daughter. Enjoy week 2, you can do it and you are ready.

Hope you've left some chocolate 🍫 For the end of week two as well👌
