I have completed the second run of week 3 - can't believe how quick the weeks are going, will soon be on week 4 with longer running than walking times!
Feeling positive and trusting the programme each time, as I have already surprised myself with being able to run for 3 mins without stopping.
What point in C25K are you all on?

Well done. I am on run three of week two. I have not done any exercise for years but quite enjoying it so far. Keep going you are doing great. You will have ran 5k in no time!
