I really struggled with week 2, had to really push myself to manage 90 seconds of running. How am I ever going to manage 3 minutes?

You will to run at a slow and steady pace for 3 minutes on run 1 of week 3, just take it slowly, drink plenty of water the day before you run, do some stretch exercises as well just before you run.

You’re ready... it may be tough... you may have to push yourself... but you can do it. Great job on week 2... you’re mentally strong, and the plan will have you physically ready.

You can definitely do it! Trust the program! Take it slow! For me the first few weeks were the toughest and if you prefer you can always repeat a week or run. But you can do it!!! X

You will do it, I amazed myself and still am. W4r3 for me today. Been a tough week this one but im doing it. I also thought the same as you, felt ready for stopping for the last few seconds of the 90second run, but now I find that fairly easyish and feel like that at the 5 minute run now, so you really do progress with the programme.
