Hi guy's
I started this in January after a friend convinced me to do a parkrun and I realised just how unfit I was! (Shouldn't have come as a surprise I'm an overweight 51 year old π)
I have loved every run that I have done, I've followed this programme religiously, I especially loved it when I could be called a "runner" after so many weeks of training. My tip would be don't look at what your next run is going to be cause you'll talk yourself out of it. Face each run head-on and change you route with every new challenge so that you can test yourself without looking at where your previous runs have finished.
My graduation run was whilst I was on holiday, running on a trac on a cruise ship whilst sailing into Cambodia πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ two things I thought I'd never do, run and cruise.
I still use the app for motivation and timings.
I'd encourage anyone to try this π
