Well that was my last run of the programme and I’m a little disappointed....

Where was jo Wiley throughout the run with all the inspirational chat? It was the same stuff in the other 2 runs of the week; no confetti cannons at the end or congratulations/well done; nothing!

Thought there would be a bit more congratulations but never mind.

IVE DONE IT!! HOORAH!! Completed the programme and it feels good, here’s to now doing it on my own and Halle gong myself to beat my time/distance. Got to 5km 3 minutes quicker today so it’s defo achievable 😁
