Whoop whoop, I've just finished week 7 on a high, my fastest pace and distance to date. It wasnt planned, I was just running, I thought it was a slower pace as my previous run was horrendous and not enjoyable. I followed the advice from AlMorr and gave myself an extra day rest so was ready for it. It felt comfortable, a slight stitch near the end but I just slowed down.

It's an amazing feeling that I'm running for so long and I thank everyone for the support and advice. I know running is going to be part of my life going forward, it no longer feels right sitting on the couch and doing nothing. So much has changed- I want, no I choose to be healthy!

On to week 8 and 28minutes- a new playlist I think..

Happy running folks....x

Well done to you PVH1 on completing week 7. I am pleased that you gave yourself an extra day off between runs 2 and 3.

Onwards and upwards to week 8 which are as you know 3/28 minute runs, take them slowly, not long now until you graduate.
