A run on Good Friday

Still running a little faster today just not as far or as long. Today was a hot one even tried running later but still very busy out there loads of people on routes I usually use. Although first time in running in shorts and not long joggers or waterproofs over the top of shorts. Will need to get some colour on the old legs look rather ghostly white at current time. They usually get colour through the agility season which has only just started.

How did you do? I have a nervous dog although not sure how much longer we will have together as he will be ten soon. We competed last weekend. I took this up not because I couldn’t run but I couldn’t get round a course without giving instructions all the way round so would come out totally knackered but not now feel much better.

2x2nd`s and a 3rd between them both (and 2 rubbish runs lol )

i started running to get fitter as a 1 min sprint left me gasping, then i thought, why am i running then coming back to walk them ? so now we run together and they love it.

I compete with a pap we have reached Grade 7 and have been placed in some Champ finals. No point running with him I would wear his little legs out! Lol

So is that UKA you usually do? What part of the country you from? We are from south east so usually compete in Kent, Sussex or the east of England
