I am back from my competition! I actually did a lot of walking when away and even some running (especially to catch my train home!!)
Following on from your advice on the previous post, I decided this morning to begin week 3 despite my short break from the programme. And I did it!
Really happy that I managed the three-minute runs, especially as 60 seconds was a struggle at first. Feeling really positive especially as I was previously apprehensive about week 3 and running again after a week or so off.
Ready to go out and do W3 R2 on Easter Sunday

Thank you so much and well done to you too! I thought the exact same in week 1 and thought I’d never be able to do it too. Have faith in yourself and keep going as you’re doing amazing and you will be able to do it! ❤️
Nearly Everyone feels like that as long as you have plenty of fluids the day before and run nice and slowly you will run through this. Nice and steady is the way. Good luck
