Run 2 completed and feeling good!
I’m a teacher so on holiday at the moment. No excuses for not fitting C25K in but I know next week will be more challenging. Still, just taking it one run at a time and reading on here to keep up my motivation 😊

I’m a teacher too. We did c25k this time last year as a group from school. I suggest you take your running stuff in to school and do the run from there once or twice a week. Then one at the weekend. It’s not so easy to get the motivation if you work all day till late, get home and sit down with a cup of tea! Evenings are getting lighter though. I’m out with the running club 6:30 - 8 at the moment. Good luck. 😊
Well done for starting Wk1!
I’m a teacher too but have stepped out of the classroom for now. However I know what fitting the run into a teaching week is like. Can you take advantage of the lighter mornings and set your alarm half an hour earlier & run first thing? I run early and it sets me up for the day ahead.
I have a friend who is also a teacher and she puts her run stuff out by the side of the bed and jumps into it when she wakes up and is off....
....she has also been known to sleep in it so she has no excuse, but I’ve told her that’s a bit extreme!!
Ha that’s so funny - shows great dedication to running though! 😂
I am going to try the early mornings - I’m better in the morning than at 6pm when I get home from school. I’m planning to do 1 run at the weekend (Saturday), one run on Monday (when I’m fresh after the weekend) and then one midweek. I like the idea of running stuff out the night before. Thanks for the reply and I’ll keep you posted!
