Finished Wk1!

I have felt a bit of difference which is a good thing I suppose! For a non runner - unfit person I'm finding myself wanting to go out! Week 2 here I comeπŸ˜‰πŸƒ

Great job... week one is the biggest step up of the plan... 0 to 20 odd minutes of cardio. Very good sign that it was a little easier... enjoy that week 2, you can do this.
