A pic of me at Parkrun that makes me look like I am actually running!!!!!
I always seem to have enough go left in me to sprint the last couple of hundred metres ( but not that much go during the rest of the long 4.8K's) - so I couldn't have kept this up for much longer.
I can now see that I was sweating a bit there!!!

Wow Baz - You not only look like a runner running but a happy runner running. I also have to say that I love the colour co-ordination - I'm off out to run in blue/green/ and yellow - I feel like a parrot!
You can carry maracas and pan pipes , a big hat and throw a poncho on , see , there you have it , oh and don't forget to shout " Hola " to any people you meet on your travels ha ha xxx
Heavens Poppykins - you need to stop taking them funny tablets - I like the poncho and hat - it feels a bit Clint Eastwod - but Maracas - (sighs deeply then) Harrumph!!! Guys got to protect his image even if it is in blue green and yellow. XXX
Fab pic Bazza, looking good , your posture looks amazing.
In my mind I look like that, but once saw my reflection in a bus shelter window and to say the reality was a bit disappointing was an understatement ha ha . I am working on it though
Sweating at the end of a 5k is to be expected. Sweating and sprinting at the end of a 5k is admirable stuff. Sweating, sprinting AND smiling... that's going a bit far, Bazza.
Gawd, just look at all that space! My run yesterday had nearly 400 runners packed into a smaller "piste" than that concrete strip you're running on! Gnashing of envious teeth! Love the blue!
Aw, you look so happy and beautifully co-ordinated. Matching uppers, middles and feet are obviously the thing for running happy [just going to have a rummage in the multi-coloured jumble sale area that is my running kit drawer to see if I have anything at all which might match].
