Week 5 R 1 completed - despite having 6 weeks off due to achilles tendon issues so thankful my fitness so far didnt go far ! Repeated 2 runs from W4 and so pleased to have done todays run relatively easily (she says very cautiously) - perhaps being 60 is not as bad as i thought it might be 😊

Great job and a sensible comeback. 60 is the new 40 they say... Fitness wise it certainly can be. Enjoy run 2.
