Thanks to the Black Dog, I was terrified that Friday’s run was a fluke. But I’ve just managed 9:2 with my best distance yet (yes, a mighty 3k 😂). So it wasn’t. That’s a relief. And I got back before the rain came on too. Hope you’re all having an equally successful day x

Thank you very much, certainly its up to you which route you take for your graduation run, good luck for whatever route you want to run on, it might be the old railway one or the one with the AlMorr and Oldfloss Loop, the weather looks pretty good for Tuesday and Wednesday so think very carefully about the route you will run on that very important run 3 of week 9. 😊 🏃 🎓

He’s running to heel at the moment 😄 Getting out is really helping to keep symptoms at a low level a lot of the time. I’ve borrowed Teach Yourself CBT from the library too and am working through a chapter a day: finding that interesting and helpful too. Thanks for all your support x
