Congratulations smcli2212 on running and completing run 3 of week 5, that is a run that a lot of people are terrified of because of that long 20-minute run, you seemed to have enjoyed it, wow. no reason for anyone to be scared of run 3 of week 5, it is a milestone run with C25K.
Onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6 but be careful of those because they have caught out some runners because of the interval walks and runs after the continuous run of run 3 of week 5, go slow and steady and you will be fine.
