That sounds like a nice run, it is good that you can run at the same pace, I think for the first few km’s my husband would be well out in front of me then I would catch up as I’m more of a distance runner 😀.
When he’s fit, my husband is a much better runner than me and he’s far more mentally strong. He really struggled the other day but would not stop! I enjoyed running with him, he said he didn’t enjoy his wife being better! Lol #competitive
We’ve signed up for a 10k wolf run in sept!!!!
