Had a week off with sickness bug and today was my first day back. So pleased that I managed to push through and complete the 30mins but man it was hard work 🏃🏻♀️Took longer to get into the run but I kept going.

You might be a bit more dehydrated and weak after a sickness bug which would of made the run a bit harder. Look after yourself and I am glad you are in the other side of it. Rfc x
