Running on holiday

I’m trying not to let my holiday stop me completing the plan - I just did week 9 run 1, and it was really hard! I usually run more or less the same route around my village, and it’s totally flat, don’t see many people and obviously not very warm. Here, it was warm and sunny as I ran along the sea front, I got hot and worn out very quickly and every slight incline felt like I was running up a mountain! It was also the most self conscious I’ve ever felt whilst running as there were so many other people running, most of them overtaking me! But, at least I did it....two runs to go before I graduate!

I’m hoping to graduate whilst I’m on holiday, I’ve mapped out where I will be running too. For the first time ever, running gear will be packed in my suitcase! I run early, so although it will be warmer than here, I will be running before it gets hot!
