Never thought I’d say it but I’m soooo glad the walking runs are over! Although tonight’s 25 minuter wasn’t easy it was easier than the last stop start! And if I’d have stopped half way, there would’ve been no chance of carrying on. Now i actually feel like a runner! Just need to up my pace a little...currently running at 7.12/km which isn’t going to get me to 5k in 30 min! 🙈

Great job. I found that run the same... I was starting to hate those walk breaks!
I also didn’t hit 5k in 30 minutes while on the plan... you know what difference that would make to your life expectancy? Zero. Running 30 minutes 3 times in a week though, that really builds health and fitness and does extend lives. That’s the mission here. Change your life... if you really want to run a sub 30 5k, that’s something to go at in week 12+

Well done, I also wasn’t a fan of week 6! Will be doing my final run of week 7 this morning and it’s been my favourite week so far, like you not easy, but have so enjoyed the longer times.
