It’s taken me 12 weeks rather than 9 but I’ve done it! I was so unfit and even struggled with week 1, but all done now. I won’t say it’s easy but I have actually enjoyed it which i never thought I’d say!
My big challenge is to keep going, and to complete a 7km mud and obstacle run this Saturday!
