W6R1 done βœ…

I was really worried about this run. I kept telling myself it was just a fluke that I’d hauled myself round for 20mins. It was challenging, I won’t lie. Gremlins came in my head after about 10s of starting the first run and again halfway through the 8min run. But I fought them off. And completed the session πŸ˜ƒ. I was shocked at how much further I got today. I run on a public footpath in one direction then when the halfway bell sounds I turn around and come back and I got much further than on previous runs. I don’t monitor distance or pace because of the advice given by the amazing people on here.

I know there are a few folks at the same stage as me.....have faith in yourself and the plan. You can do this! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

That's so good, hats off! I'm going to use your method of measuring progress too, thanks. I know people want to lose weight, me included, but it is entirely possible to be larger, fit, run and exemplify health as well and 'There aint no stopping me now'. Salute xx
