Anticipation and not apprehension..trust the plan and keep doing as you are now... slow and steady!

Flat is not always a good thing.. and the hills will really help your stamina and strength.. believe me ! :)

Congratulations Kevtrev on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, not sure why you are not looking forward to week 3, the longest run are 2/3 minute ones with a 90 second walk in between, by the way I am a graduate but have not been running much during the last few months, however, I reran week 3's run this morning just to check that my legs were in running mode, they are and I enjoyed the run and so will you as well. 😊 πŸƒ

It’s just I’m totally shattered doing 90sec but saying that so was 60sec so bring it on plus it’s great for my mental health πŸ˜‰πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Yes indeed, I reran week 3 today but I have been rerunning weeks 1 and 2 as well recently, this is in preperation for my runiversary later in the month when I hope to also rerun weeks 4 to 9, it is a bit tiring but you must persevere, run all the runs slowly and you should be fine.

Trust the plan, Kevtrev. I have got to week 7 so far, and am amazed how far I can run without slowing for a walk. When I first started, week 1 was ok. Week 2 seemed so much harder, but there really wasn't much more running. But I found my body accepted being pushed slightly further every week. Keep going and as each week passes you can look back at the first couple of weeks and amaze yourself with your progress.
