Was feeling awful before the run, anxious and IBS cramps and to be honest I did find it harder than I expected. Think I need to try running without music as it interferes with my pacing a bit and got a side cramp for the last 5 minutes but still I did it!! Am chuffed to bits, going to be on a high all day I think. Hope everyone else’s runs go well! 🏃‍♀️ 😀👟

Well done you, wk5r3 really shows what the plan is doing for you body when you think back to wk1 then you get to 20 minutes of non stop running 😊😊
